This Privacy Policy explains how Indulf Energy Systems ("INDULF", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use indulf.com (the "Site"), submit an enquiry or request for quotation, download material, or otherwise communicate with us.

We act as the data fiduciary for the personal data described here, and process it in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

Scope

This Policy covers personal data collected through the Site and through business communications that begin on the Site. It does not cover data you provide to third parties whose sites we link to, or personal data processed under a separate contract where you determine the purpose of processing.

Most information we handle is business contact information given to us in a professional capacity.

  • Project and technical details you include in an enquiry: ratings, quantities, specifications, site conditions, standards, timelines, drawings, tender documents, or other attachments
  • Correspondence with our sales, engineering, and support teams
  • Any details you enter into a calculator, form, or download request

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, browser, and operating system
  • Pages visited, referring URL, search terms that led you here, time on page, and interaction events
  • Cookie and similar identifiers, subject to Section 6

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, financial account details, or government identifiers through the Site. Please do not submit them through Site forms.

Why we use it

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and prepare quotations, offers, and technical proposals;
  • engineer, source, and deliver equipment and services, and manage orders, logistics, documentation, and after-sales support;

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Who we share it with

  • Authorities: where disclosure is required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory body;
  • Successors: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to equivalent protection.

We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing.
