Resin cast CT configurations
From metering and protection to specialized current-sensing configurations, our resin cast CTs are manufactured to suit the electrical and installation requirements of each application.
Metering CTMetering CTHigh-accuracy 0.2 / 0.2S cores for revenue, boundary, and feeder metering points.
Protection CTProtection CT5P / 10P protection cores sized to the knee-point voltage and burden your relay coordination requires.
Ring / Window-type CTRing / Window-type CTA core with no primary winding of its own: the busbar or cable passes straight through the window, suited to compact panel integration.
Bar-primary CTBar-primary CTA fixed bar primary cast into the unit, for panel positions with a defined busbar interface and current rating.
Wound-primary CTWound-primary CTA multi-turn primary winding for low-current ratios where a single busbar pass wouldn't give the core enough ampere-turns.
Core-Balance CT (CBCT)Core-Balance CT (CBCT)A ring core sized around all phase conductors together, sensing the residual current for earth-fault protection.Overview
INDULF manufactures indoor resin cast current transformers up to 36 kV, combining application-focused engineering with controlled manufacturing to deliver consistent electrical performance. Each transformer is developed around the required configuration and manufactured with close attention to dimensional accuracy, insulation integrity and overall build quality.
Manufactured using Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) technology and high-grade hydrophobic epoxy resin, each transformer is cast to create a dense and reliable insulation system. The resin-cast construction provides strong resistance to tracking, moisture and environmental ageing, while supporting dependable long-term performance in demanding indoor installations.
Quality is embedded throughout our manufacturing process, from material and component inspection to winding, casting, assembly and final testing. Every transformer undergoes defined routine testing before dispatch, supported by serial-number-specific documentation for verification and traceability. Our growing presence across India and international markets reflects our ability to consistently deliver products that meet demanding technical, quality and project requirements — strengthening INDULF's position as a dependable manufacturing partner for the power industry.
