Last updated · August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of indulf.com (the “Site”) and any enquiry, request for quotation, download, or communication made through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
01
Use of the Site
The Site is intended primarily for business and professional users evaluating electrical equipment, products, services, and related information.
You may view, download, and print Site content for your own internal business, technical, or procurement purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, scrape, or commercially distribute Site content without our prior written permission. You must also not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, introduce malicious code, misuse our name or materials, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Site is being misused.
02
Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, ratings, drawings, photographs, dimensions, availability, and performance information shown on the Site are provided for general reference and may change without notice.
They should not be treated as a final offer, warranty, or guarantee. Actual specifications, materials, standards, testing, accessories, pricing, and delivery terms will depend on the specific equipment and requirements stated in our written quotation or order acknowledgement.
Where there is any difference between information on the Site and the terms of a written quotation, order acknowledgement, purchase order, or supply agreement, the applicable written commercial document will prevail.
03
Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry or request for quotation through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee that INDULF will accept or fulfil the request.
Any quotation issued by us will be subject to the terms stated in that quotation, including its validity, availability, pricing, delivery, and other applicable conditions.
A binding contract for the supply of goods or services arises only when the relevant order is expressly accepted by INDULF in writing or through another written agreement between the parties.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete technical information, specifications, site conditions, standards, and other requirements needed for us to prepare an appropriate proposal or quotation.
04
Reconditioned and Refurbished Equipment
Information about used, reconditioned, or refurbished equipment on the Site is provided for general reference.
The condition, age, service history, appearance, remaining service life, and specifications of such equipment may vary from unit to unit. Equipment is offered based on its condition and test results at the time of the specific offer.
Any warranty, if applicable, will be stated separately in the relevant quotation or order acknowledgement. No general warranty should be assumed from information, photographs, test reports, or descriptions published on the Site.
The original manufacturer's name or markings may be used only to identify the equipment and do not imply that the equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty or that INDULF is an authorised representative of that manufacturer.
05
Engineering Tools and Technical Content
The Site may contain calculators, tools, articles, guides, technical references, and other engineering information.
These are provided for general information and convenience only. They may use simplified assumptions and may not account for specific site conditions, applicable standards, protection requirements, operating conditions, or other project-specific factors.
Results and technical information should be independently verified by a suitably qualified professional before being used for design, procurement, installation, safety, or other project decisions.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional engineering, legal, or other specialised advice.
06
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site, including text, photographs, drawings, product information, articles, calculators, layouts, logos, and the INDULF name and marks, is owned by or licensed to INDULF and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or commercially use this content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, standards organisations, documents, or other resources.
These links are provided for convenience. INDULF does not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, content, or privacy practices of third-party resources and is not responsible for them.
