Epoxy Spouts Built for Switchgear Applications
INDULF manufactures epoxy VCB and RYB cable spouts for HT switchgear and medium-voltage distribution systems, providing reliable electrical insulation and precise cable termination. Every spout is engineered to match the panel's mounting interface, ensuring accurate fitment and dependable performance in both new installations and replacement projects.
Using Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) casting, spouts are produced from high-performance hydrophobic epoxy resin for excellent dielectric strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to moisture and surface tracking. Phase identification is integrated during manufacturing, while in-house tooling enables the production of custom, non-standard, and discontinued profiles from engineering drawings or existing samples.
Every component is manufactured under controlled processes and verified to relevant IS and IEC standards, delivering consistent quality for utility, industrial, and infrastructure applications.
