Precision casting for critical electrical systems
INDULF manufactures epoxy cast components for medium- and low-voltage electrical infrastructure, producing precision-insulated parts for switchgear, transformers, and power distribution equipment. Our product range includes epoxy bushings, post insulators, RYB spouts, VCB interrupter housings, support insulators, and custom insulation components, manufactured to meet the dimensional, mechanical, and electrical requirements of each application.
Using Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) casting, components are produced from high-performance hydrophobic epoxy resin to achieve excellent dielectric strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term resistance to tracking, moisture, and environmental ageing. Metal inserts are accurately positioned during casting to ensure reliable alignment and secure fitment with terminals, flanges, conductors, and breaker assemblies.
Beyond standard products, INDULF develops custom epoxy cast components from customer drawings, samples, or reverse-engineered parts. In-house tooling and mold development allow us to manufacture non-standard geometries, replacement parts, and low-volume production runs without relying on external tooling suppliers, reducing lead times while maintaining consistent quality.
Every component is manufactured under controlled processes and verified against relevant IS and IEC standards, ensuring dependable insulation performance, mechanical integrity, and compatibility with modern electrical systems.

Why INDULF
Engineered for precision. Built for reliable performance.
Every epoxy component is engineered around its electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements, with controlled tooling, casting and inspection from design through final product.
- 01
ENGINEERED TO SPECIFICATION
Each component is developed around the required dimensions, interfaces, insulation requirements and operating conditions — not a generic mould or standard profile.
- 02
CONTROLLED EPOXY CASTING
Controlled casting processes ensure consistent resin filling, insulation quality and dimensional accuracy across production.
- 03
IN-HOUSE TOOLING & DEVELOPMENT
Tooling, mould modification and reverse engineering are handled in-house, enabling replacement and non-standard components without relying on legacy tooling.
- 04
QUALITY YOU CAN VERIFY
Defined inspection and testing processes verify dimensions, finish and critical electrical requirements before the component is approved for dispatch.
